Educational Requirements: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks.
Qualifications: Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Diploma in Office Management from recognized and reputed institution.
Experience Requirements: For Private Sector candidates: 15 years post qualification secretarial experience out of which minimum 3 years experience of having worked/reported to Directors/CEOs of Private Sector companies having Annual Turnover not less than Rs.100 crores. For Public Sector/Autonomous/Govt. candidates: 15 years post qualification secretarial experience out of which minimum 3 years experience of having worked with Sectional/Departmental Heads.
Desired Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and working knowledge of Hindi
